[Pantherstrike]

Pantherstar laid in her den breathing deeply. She felt like she was going to die as the pain grew. Her eyes grew wide with fear and she let out a scream. The kits she said.

_{Jaspershadow padded into camp, fur heavy with sweat. He'd been leading hunting patrol after hunting patrol that day, and he was so tired and hot he felt like he could passout. The black tom set his catch, a black bird and a vole, on the fresh kill pile. Thinking of his lovely mate, he grabbed a wren and padded towards Pantherstar's den. Hearing her scream his pace quickened until he was full-out running. Sliding to a halt in Pantherstar's den, he tipped his head. "Are you ok?"}

Pantherstar looked at him ready to snap cause of the pain The kits are coming she said breathing slowly. Then another pain shot through her. She didn't know if she could hold it much longer. Wheres Jaidrain or spottedpaw? she asked

_{Jaspershadow's red eyes widenened. "I don't know..." He mewed, rushing off towards the medicine cats' den. The big tom looked around curiously, calling out for the two medicine cats. "Pantherstar is having her kits!" He added, looking desperate.}

Pantherstars eyes grew as the pain kept coming, then she couldn't delay any longer. She began to push and one, two, three and four came sliding out. She looked at Jaspershadow and smiled and then started licking the kits. Three males and one female. Wow, they're beautiful. What should their names be? she said.

^{Jaspershadow stared at the kits for a moment, no names coming to mind as his creativity trickled down to empty. "I don't know... What do you want to name them?" He asked, looking to Pantherstar and hoping she'd know the perfect names for the gorgeous kits.}

Pantherstar looked at the kits. Thinking hard and good for a couple moments she started going threw names and looking at the kits. Shadowkit, Lightkit, Sunkit, and Windkit She said. Shadowkit is the dark female, lightkit, sunkit and windkit are the three males. They look exactly like you, all three of them but one thing that you could tell them apart. Windkit has a white paw, Lightkit has a white tail tip and Sunkit has a white chin. she said smiling.

Jaspershadow nodded his approval, looking over all of the kits as she called off their names. "Those names are perfect." He mewed with a purr, licking the she-cat's cheek. His red eyes went over the kits again, wondering where the white spots on them came from. He looked down at himself. Nope, no white. He shrugged it off and felt a purr raise in his throat as Lightkit wiggled towards him. He licked the tom's head carefully.

[~Moon~]

Burrkit glanced over his empty nest. "Are the new kits here?" Without a answer the tiny tom scrabbled over to Pantherstar and wide eyed asked "Why are they so big? They just were born and they're as big as me and I'm already 5 moons old!" Glaring at the kits he stuck his chin high in the air and added, "I'll be apprentices before them." Then he poked Shadowkit with a paw. "Hello? Are you awake? Can you play? I'll teach you moss ball and battle moves and everything!"

Pantherstar chuckled, Burrkit, where are your parents? Shouldn't they be here watching you. she asked. She licked the kits again and Shadowkit squealed.
