"I am Ocher." Whisper blinked a couple of times, thinking about what it could mean. "Color." She confirmed, with a satisfied smile. She watched as Ocher looked her up and down, but didn't think anything of it. She's curious. "Who do you follow...Whisper." It was such an awkward question, Whisper totally ignored the way Ocher had said her name. I'm used to it. For a few moments, Whisper only stared at Ocher, trying to think of how to reply. She didn't want to use complete sentences. She would know too much then. "Why?" She asked curiously. Of course the shecat didn't follow anyone but herself, but felt like asking "Why?" simply out of curiousty.

"So I can know, if I will have to kill you or not." She said bluntly. It was the truth, if this strange she-cat, Whisper, followed the Renegades she would have to die. It was the only way.

"So I can know, if I will have to kill you or not." Yet again, Whisper blinked her eyes. The killing part was understandable, considering where Whisper had come from and what she had done and witnessed. Should I trust her? Making up her mind, Whisper finally spoke, "No one." She spoke the words simply, not knowing how else to portray them. Mimicing what Ocher had done, Whisper looked the other shecat up and down and noticed the cut on her face. Instantly, she winced. Looks pretty bad... Curiously, Whisper leaned in and sniffed her wound. It smelled infected. The white shecat grimaced and leaned back. She then pointed with her tail to the cut on Ocher's face. "It's infected, and it looks painful, yet you do not seem to care." She spoke.

Ocher nodded, it was good. She was not looking for a fight, she was tired, hungry, and weak. Her bones ached, and she was far from home. She looked back up at Whisper, as she spoke. "I've had worse, all I need is some marigold to stop the infection, it will heal on it's own time." She shook her dirty pelt, she also need mouse bile to get rid of her ticks, but she didn't need to mention that.

"I've had worse, all I need is some marigold to stop the infection, it will heal on it's own time." Whisper pondered over this. She had seen marigold near the tree earlier. Maybe I should mention that.. She watched as the younger cat shook out her matted coat. Whisper then realized how dirty and exhausted the shecat looked. Instantly, she pitied her. Obviously, she's on her own, and it's been that way for quite awhile. Giving a small smile, Whisper spoke, "Some marigold are over by the tree." She pointed with her tail over to the tree. There, growing beside it were bright yellow flowers, looking a little like Ocher's eyes. The white shecat turned back around to Ocher, and immediately quit smiling. Can I trust her?

Ocher looked over at the marigold, she'd been looking for so long. She jumped off the fence and walked over to the marigold patch. She turned back to watch Whisper. She bit off the heads of several of the flowers and began to chew one of them, making herself a poultice.

Whisper watched in awe as the shecat chewed the pretty flower. I didn't know you could use Marigold to heal your wounds. The white shecat stood there for a few moments, and then sighed. She was feeling brave, so decided to open up. But just a little. "Sorry... I don't speak much." She said, looking at the ground. "Paranoid." She then confirmed, and shuffled her paws. She'd always had an issue with opening up and trusting other beings. So, to make her life easier, she just didn't speak much. It worked.

Ocher nodded at Whisper. "It's alright."
