MAY 2011 GATHERING!

[Pantherstrike]

Pantherstar nodded in agreement and looked at the other leaders.

Flamecloud smiled when he herd the tone in his sisters voice but he wasn't sure if she was really happy. So do you have a mate? He asked her.

Adderclaw looked at the ground Does everyone have a mate besides me? she thought.

Stormshadow noticed that his mother was a bit bigger and smiled, I guess Jaspershadow did a good job he thought.

-Jaspershadow-

_{Jaspershadow glanced around, feeling a bit guilty he couldn't sit next to his mate like he wanted to. Well, she's leader. I can't expect too much! The tom then spotted Stormshadow and padded over, dipping his head in greeting and sitting down next to him. "How are you and Ivyflame?" He asked curiously, not knowing Ivyflame was in the nursery.}

-Snakebite-

_{The pretty she-cat shook her head. "No... No I haven't." Then she glanced at Adderclaw, noticing the look on her face. "What about you Adderclaw?" She wondered aloud. Snakebite's sister was pretty enough to snatch up about any tom, and it made Snakebite jealous most of the time.}

Blackpaw sighed in relief, learning that his own son wasn't stupid.
"I fear he won't be very... Social with the other cats."
The tom laughed quite loudly at that statement. The laugh was of pure joy, and yet, more relief. "Good." He purred, not meeting Dawnflight's eyes. Instead, they lingered over toward the leaders, admiring the shecats, and wondering when they would start the gathering. "Then he will keep to himself, which means if he has any suspicions about his real past, he won't tell anyone." With that, the apprentice turned back to Dawnflight, noticing that she kind of seemed to be holding something back. "Anything else you would want me to know about him, Dawnflight?" He asked seriously, looking deep into her eyes.

Monarchblossom pretended not to notice Frostrunner almost touching Buttercuppaw in an affectionate way.
Well, it seemed like it was meant for that. I could be wrong.
Instead, she looked at the apprentice and smiled at her back.
I rather smile at her when she's not looking.
Her fur prickled as she pictured Frostrunner flirting with the apprentice. Ages were very important to the young shecat, even though it might not bother others. Trying to amuse herself, she caught Frostrunner's eyes and gave him a big smile and nod. As if to greet him. But decided that this was not the time to walk over and talk with him. So, instead, she stayed where she was, and looked around casually, wondering when the gathering would start.

"So who wants to start?"
Snowstar looked at her paws, making it obvious that she would not want to be the one to share her news first.
Poor Harepaw...
Distraunt with sadness, the leader didn't even hear Lilarstar's words. She noticed how Pantherstar was looking at all the leaders, so smiled politely.
Maybe... Lilarstar volunteered?
Going with her best guess, the white coated shecat nodded slowly, showing that it didn't bother her.
And it doesn't... Just as long as I hold off my turn as long as I can..

Stormshadow looked at Jaspershadow and smiled. Well she would be here but she is in the nursery he said. He was happy that someone had asked him. So I can see by my mothers shape that she is going to have kits? he asked.


Adderclaw looked at her sister Sadly, no mate. she said with a sigh.

_{Snakebite gave a smirk, "Oh well. You're too good for them Adderclaw." She mewed and licked her sister's ear affectionately, then turned to face the four leaders and their deputies, noticing that they seemed to be deciding who would go first. She watched, flicking her tail back and forth with anticipation to hear the news of the other clans.}

-Jaspershadow-

_{The tom's red eyes widened slightly, "She had kits? Oh that's great! And yes... Your mother is pregnant as well." He mewed, glancing down at his deep ginger paws. He wansn't intirely sure that Stormshadow was happy with having siblings, or if he was happy that Jaspershadow was his dad. But he hid this worry and turned to look up at his mate and the other fellow leaders.}

-Dawnflight-

_{The she-cat's blue eyes narrowed. Is that all he cares about? That no one finds out about his 'mistake'? Twokit deserves a better father anyways. She thought to herself. "No... Not really. He's just so quiet, kind of the opposite of you actually." The she-cat ventured, eyeing the tom and hoping he wouldn't take her comment as an insult. Then she realized the leader's were about ready and she turned to face them quickly.}

-Lilacstar-

<sub>Not hearing any protest from her fellow leaders, the silver tabby she-cat stepped forward slightly, casting her purple eyes down at the cats below her. With an uneasy glance at Frostrunner she nodded and let out a yowl, signifying the beginning of the gathering. "Welcome cats of the clans! First off, I'll be speaking, if no one disagrees." She mewed, casting a glance at the other leaders before continuing on. "Recently, Ivyflame has given birth to kits, Sweetkit and Rabbitkit. And we have a new Medicine Cat Apprentice, Silentpaw." The she-cat mewed, a happy look in her eye as she glanced at Stormshadow, the kits' father, and Silentpaw.

The she-cat let out a sigh and glanced at Whitedawn briefly before continuing. "Also, on a more sad note, we've noticed some dissapearances through out the clan... Now, I'm not blaming anyone." She mewed, her gaze settling on her fellow leaders. "But have any of our cats joined your clan? Or perhaps... been seen?" Her eyes glanced directly at Snowstar. Shadowclan had always been friendly, but recently the borders had been messy, and some dead frogs had been left on the Riverclan's side of the border.</sub>

"No... Not really. He's just so quiet, kind of the opposite of you actually."
Blackpaw only grunted in response, not bothering to say even just a few words. Her turned to the leaders, noticing that Lilacstar had started to speak.
Finally something to distract me.

Snowstar listened to Lilacstar's news, glad she had volunteered to go first. The leader looked at Lilacstar's purple eyes, they intimidated her, but she didn't make that a known fact to others.
"But have any of our cats joined your clan? Or perhaps... been seen?"
Snowstar gaped her mouth open, and widened her eyes as she noticed the Riverclan looking at her. Was the Riverclan leader accusing her?
But.. why?
The white shecat looked at her paws, not bothering to defend her or her clan.
I'll only make a fool of myself.

Riverclan:

Frostrunner- The Riverclan deputy gave his leader a small encouraging smile when he met her purple gaze with his own icy blue one, the small flecks of gold gleaming in the bright moonlight. Frostrunner tried to igore Monarchblossom's eyes baring into his back before Lilacstar began the gathering. He sat up straight, radiating his confidence to the crowd as the Riverclan leader told of the missing cats from his clan, showing that he would defend his clan.

The gray and white tabby tom followed Lilacstar's gaze towards the timid white Shadowclan leader, watching her look down at her paws. He as suspected that Shadwoclan had something to do with the disappearances of his clanmates. Frostrunner narrowed his eyes to slits in suspicion, wondering why Snowstar hadn't defended her clan from the indirect accusations. He then glanced at the other two leaders, watching their reactions to see if they were the oness kidnapping cats.

Shadowclan:

Marshpaw- The small Shadowclan medicne cat apprentice sat up, glancing at the four leaders when Lilacstar let out a yowl to start the Gathering. She patiently listened to what the Riverclan leader had to say, her ears pricked forward in attention. Her expression then began to drop at Lilacstar's last little bit of her announcement, her bright gray gaze turned into a glare as she accused Shadowclan of stealing some Riverclan cats. Do something! Marshpaw willed to her snoy white leader, shock in her expression as Snowstar just looked down without defending herself or her clan. Her gmall ginger and white tabby tail lashed, infuriated. Marshpaw bit down on her tongue to keep from saying anything stupid that she would probably regret.

-Lilacstar-

_{The she-cat watched Snowstar's reaction. "Well, Snowstar? Have you anything to do with our dissapearing cats? We've found dead prey on our territory filled with your scent, so I have reason to believe Shadowclan is up to no good." She calmed her temper. Maybe she's just scared to say something. "Have cats been dissapearing from Shadowclan as well?" The she=cat questioned. If none had gone missing, she'd take action against Shadowclan soon.}

[Pantherstrike]

Pantherstar looked at the leaders Well Lilacstar, one of our warriors is missing as well. she announced. Her green eyes looking at the other leaders. She didn't want trouble among the clans. But what ever was happening, there was trouble ahead. She needed to look after he sister's son that she had called her son. If there is trouble, I got to make sure he is safe. I promised her.

Stormshadow purred and smiled when he herd Lilacstar say his mate and kit's names. I kinda thought that she was and plus I am happy for both of you he said.

_{The she-cat glanced at Pantherstar. "Then I have no reason to accuse Thunderclan of being the cause of our problems." She mewed with a polite dip of her head, but her purple eyes still narrowed at Snowstar."You may go next, Snowstar."}
