' Dominopaw purred, glad that the she-cat had seemed to return to her everyday usual self. He listened to her words, but the first four made the hair on his spine stand up... But not because of displeasure. It was so.. Weird. "Hopefully like you." He mewed charmingly, wrapping his tail around the she-cat's tail, referring to her last comment.

Spottedcloud purred deeply, and tried to ignore his fearful bristle. He's new to this. She thought. Then again, so am I! "We'll have to come up with names and-" She stopped in mid-scentence and looked down. "What if the other warriors hate me and you as a couple. I mean- You're only an apprentice! You should be a warrior for sure, but... That doesn't change you're rank." She shuffled her feet nervously waiting for his reply. He should have been made a warrior a long time ago! She thought furiously.

' Dominopaw looked at the she-cat as she stopped in mid sentence, his green eyes curious as to what she would say. But, when the words came out of her mouth, he wished they hadn't. "Well, I don't care what they think." He mewed bravely. But it was true... At least the clan would know he finally had a family, instead of sleeping around with ever she-cat in the clan.

Spottedcloud purred reasuringly, "Then I won't either. Besides, you'll be a warrior soon anyways!" She twirled her tail around his and mewed, "Let's get back to camp. We've been gone for a while." She started padding down the river back to Windclan camp, when a thought hit her mind. "Oh, Dominopaw! Windclan shouldn't judge us at all! I mean, there's lots of cats with a big age difference. Like Pessimisticsoul and Sagefoot!" Spottedcloud tilted her head and added, "And, they're mentor and apprentice AND mates."
