This thread will be just for practicing roleplaying with me, or possibly some other person I choose. I don't know, it all depends. Keep in mind that this is directed to strictly NEWBIES, and people who are not comfortable with their roleplaying abilities and would like to improve. [Although, I am not an expert, keep that in mind.]
Steps:
1. Create a random post keeping the things below in mind.[Things listed below the steps]
2. Click "post message" and wait patiently.
3. Once I notice a response I will read it over and correct your roleplaying post. Then, you will correct it with keeping my suggestions in mind.
What To Include In Post [Refer to this when typing up post]:
-What the character looks like.
-Setting
-Thoughts of character
-Dialogue [optional, only use if character is speaking out loud to self, or with other cat, unless your character is mute or very quiet.]
-Possible movement of some sort.
-Anything else you would like to add.
-I really really push detail, and try not to rush the post. Transition words are always helpful to the reader.
I will look for the content that is listed above in your post. And you do have the option for me not to rate. Which means that I wouldn't rate each of the setting, thoughts, etc, with a number ranging from 1-10. [ten being the best] However, if you do want me to use the rating system, please say so. But keep in mind I will be honest, and will not sugar coat it, so don't get upset. While, if you ask me not to rate, I will simply offer suggestions and such, and won't try to push things.
Harsh Correction = Rating and suggestions
Non Harsh Correction = No rating, just suggestions
If you ask me which is better, I'd say, "Go with harsh correction if you're good with constructive critism, and honesty. But go with non correction if constructive critism makes you feel bad about yourself, and if you can't handle honesty." But, it's not like I'm gonna yell and be bitchy to you with the harsh correction. Just sayin'. I'll be nice either way. (:
I will call my correcting "report cards", which I'll post in response to your practice thread. These you don't need, it's more for my benefit, but it shows how I'll rate it or suggest or whatever.
