ooc;; Rp order: Me, Lilly, Sas. Kovu slid shamefully into the window beind Maplefur, watching as two black toms grabbed her and pushed her into a room through a dog door, the room where the prisoners stayed. Raven was also there, curled in a tight ball, his ribs poking out from under his sleek white, grey, and black pelt.
Kovu sighed as the black toms moved infront of the dog door to guard it, making sure Maplefur nor Raven managed to escape the room. The white and black striped tom glanced around. "Kobi? I did what you asked... She's here." He mewed cooly, his tone heavy with dread. His blue eyes scanned the twoleg den for the evil black tom who'd forced Kovu to bring Maplefur here... Where she and her son would die.

Maplefur heard Kovu land beside her, but she didn't want to turn. Either she was going crazy or there were shapes moving towards her, dark, huge shapes. And then they lunged. Maplefur let out a small whimper as they grabbed her, digging their claws into her sides. She let out a strangled wail, fighting against them, but it was no use. They were too big and too strong. She struggled against the black cats until they dumped her into a room. Instantly, Maplefur leapt towards the door to escape, but had it slammed in her face instead. The she-cat took a step back, her eyes wide. She started to shake. "Kovu? Kovu, where are you? Help me!?" She called out, her voice cracking.
Maplefur glanced to the side and turned around. Upon seeing the starved cat curled up, she gasped. He looked horrible, half-dead. "W-Who are you?" she asked, taking a step back. She huddled against the door, fearful. Would she die here? She had to get back to ThunderClan. Even being so far away from her Clan made her feel saddened. She stared at the cat, her bright blue eyes wide in fear, her pelt trembling.

A sly smile crept upon his face and he hissed exuberantly as his eyes landed upon her shivering figure as she was propeled forward before him. He looked up to his son and nodded a slow nod. "You did well my son." Kobi took a step forward and then looked down at the she-cat he had once loved. If love was even a word in his world. He smiled slow and menacingly and he dipped his head to peer closer at her. "Hello Maple. Or is it Maplefur now that you're a filthy Clan cat?" Kobi growled deep in his throat and it sounded like the rolling of thunder fresh in ther air.

Raven's ears perked as he stared at the she-cat before him. Her build strangely reminded him of himself, and at her question he mumbled softly. "Raven." Then, when Kobi stated the she-cat's named, he realised he was staring at his mother and dipped his head quickly.
Kovu cringed and looked at Maplefur with pleading eyes, attempting to tell her he'd get her out of this. It's probably no use, her fury is most likely blinding her at this point. To her I'm just a stupid, back stabbing tom.

Raven. Just the soft whisper of the tom's voice sent Maplefur's world in freeze mode. She stared at the cat, her mouth gaped open. Oh my, oh my, her thoughts repeated itself as her eyes widened to two large pools of blue. This cat is her son. The son she pined for each and every night, praying and wishing he was alright and healthy. But she could tell her was neither, probably starved every night and abused. His little heart was probably broken to pieces, shattered and discarded in the trash. And then the dark cats progressed towards her, pushing her forwards. Maplefur was weak and starved, she didn't have any more strength to fight back. She just hoped Kovu would be to her side quickly and save her from this mess.
Maplefur glanced back towards Raven in fear. She heard a horrifying hiss and instantly knew who she was being pushed too, without even having to look. Kobi. The name shot pure horror into her heart. She drew in a sharp breath and turned to look at him. The cold, cruel smile. He looked exactly like she remembered him. Not the kind, loving one she first met, but the one who physically and emotionally abused her and lived to torment her life into a living hell. But, as strange as it was, she was pulled to him and soon, she wasn't being pushed towards him. She was slowly padding towards him, stopping right before him. You did well my son. Maplefur froze once again and turned her head to look at Raven, her son. Her son. She didn't understand Kobi's words. Was Raven... against her or something? She didn't get it.
Something caught her attention in the corner of her vision. A movement. Her tormented blue gaze shot to Kovu and she tipped her head slightly to the side, narrowing her eyes in confusion. Why was he just standing there? Why wasn't he helping her? She saw him cringe and stare at her with that beautiful gaze of his, a pleading gaze. A wave of emotions swept over her. Shock, confusion, betrayal, anger, sadness, love. Kovu wasn't on her side. He was on Kobi's. Maplefur opened her mouth to say something clever and rude, but her vocal cords refused to work with her. Was everyone and everything against her now?
At the sound of her past love's voice, Maplefur's head swiveled back to stare up at him. He had always been taller than him, no wonder it was so easy for him to intimidate her. And she was so intimidated right now, but strangely pulled to Kobi, like she had always been. Hello Maple... Her breath caught in her throat at the simple sound of her voice. She didn't even mind that he insulted ThunderClan. She was completely putty in his hands, a weakness that she always had. As he dipped his head closer to her, Maplefur was compelled to lean in closer. But instead, she pulled back, her breath hitched in her throat, her blue eyes radiating fear. "I-I... what do you want?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Kobi noticed how Maple's eyes flickered to Kovu and he lifted his head to glare at him. He then drew his fangs back and snarled, hoping the tom would turn his head and look away. He need his henchmen to feel threatened or else it seemed he had no real power over them. He then looked back to Maple and snarled in her face then.
"I never wanted us to be the way we are. YOU were the reason I took MY son and left. You didn't care anymore!" He spat in her face and lifted his head to glare down upon her. "Tell me if I am wrong," He hissed. "Enlighten me." He looked over at Raven and then to Kovu again to make sure they were still in position. He still had control.

You did well my son. Kovu glared at Kobi, knowing that he was the one being referred too. I'm not your son! I'm not even your friend. I'm your enemy. He thought, and wanted to scream so badly. This cat who had caused his beloved Maplefur so much pain thought he could boss around Kovu as well. Well I'm not having it. And he can't talk to Maplefur that way! He decided, ready to launch an attack... But not when the guards were here. They'd be too strong. He glanced at Raven and slowly crept over to him, snarling as if he was yelling at him, but instead he was telling him a secret plan. Then he mewed loudly, "Go, fix Kobi's bedding!"
With this, Raven scampered off, a bunch of thoughts running through his head all at once as he remembered Kovu's words. Go, try to run away! It's our only hope to save your mother, and get rid of Kobi. The guards will follow you, and we both know you can outrun those big brutes. After that, just make sure they don't catch you and I'll take care of the rest. Meet us back at the edge of twoleg place, by the tall oak tree once you've lost the guards.
The plan was clear in his brain as he headed towards Kobi's nest, but then swiveled towards the window, jumping out of it and making a mad dash and leaping up onto a twoleg fence. The guards followed him, but they were too muscled and clumsy to go very fast. Raven, however, ran as fast as he could, being nimble and quick as he was, it wasn't very hard to outrun the guards.
Then Kovu's claws extended and he launched onto Kobi, his claws raking across the tom's acidic green eyes, sending blood into his eyes and long cuts across his face. Then he jumped off, seeing as the tom was blinded, he wasn't much of a threat. "You're done hurting cats." Kovu growled and sprung onto the black tom's back, landing square on his shoulders. All the while his knotted muscles rippled deep under his white and brown striped pelt. His claws sunk into Kobi's pelt, and his teeth aimed directly for Kobi's neck. All at once blood poured everywhere, surrounding Kobi in a pool of blood. Kovu jumped off, knowing that the tom wasn't dead but soon would be, because so much blood had been lost.
He turned to Maplefur and ran over to her, touching his nose to her shoulder and breathing in her soft, sweet scent. It was unlike any other cat's scent he'd ever known, and it was intoxicating. Looking into her blue eyes a shiver went down his spine and he waited for her to say something. Maybe she still loves Kobi... Somewhere in her heart. Oh, what have I done?

The she-cat's mouth hung open in fear and still, shock. She flinched as the sound of a snarling Kobi hit her ears; the sound all too familiar from her dreadful past. Her blue gaze shot downwards as Kobi began to talk, the sound of a growl evident in his voice. It pulsed fear through her veins and all she could think about was how much she'd been betrayed in her life. Kobi, Kovu. She willed herself not to look at Kovu, though it was difficult. "I-I-" Maplefur stammered, her blue orbs inching up towards Kobi's eyes. "I cared about you," she murmured, her gaze never leaving her face, even when he spat on her. Her body shuddered.
Enlighten me. Maplefur opened her mouth to respond, but it took a while to gather words together. What was she supposed to say? That somewhere in the corner of her broken heart, Kobi still had a pull on her? That he always would? She wanted to say it, to confess that a part of her was still in love with him and that-that part would probably always be in love with Kobi. But she couldn't. Not under these circumstances and definitely not with the way he was glaring at her, like she was a rotten piece of crowfood. It damaged what little self-esteem Maplefur contained in her screwed up life.
Kobi loved control, he adored having the upperhand as Maplefur learned. As he turned to look at Kovu and Raven, Maplefur glanced over as well. She watched with curious eyes as Kovu slid to Raven, whispering something in his ear, then growling louder. She started forward as Raven dove away, desperate to follow him. Would that be the last time she saw him? It couldn't be. Her gaze went dull at the thought of it. Her eyes widened as she observed Raven's escape, and the mad-dash of the guards after him. Please, please let him get out safely.
A flash of fur bolted through her vision, and Maplefur instinctively jumped back. She looked to see Kovu bouldering into Kobi, knocking him to the ground with a loud thud. Maplefur's breath hitched in her throat as she watched the life drain out of Kobi. Her eyes were locked on Kobi when Kovu came up to her, pressing his nose against her. Maplefur turned to him at the touch, her blue orbs staring into his. Her light pink nose twitched as she slowly turned her head away from him, towards Kobi.
The she-cats black and white paws inched forward to her past lover. As she approached, her breathing came out in gasps. She bent down, pressing a paw against Kobi's throat wound. She retreated, inspecting the blood of her mate on her paw. She drew in a slow breath and gazed at his face. Maplefur inched forward and leaned down to whisper in Kobi's ear. "I loved you, my darling, and I wish for the Kobi I was proud to know, not the monster you've become. And you're dying and I'm probably the last one you want by your side," she laughed, a short chuckle that contained no humor. "Now let me be the first, to wish you the worst." She drew her paw to stroke Kobi's cheek, leaving a mark of his own blood on his face. An evil grin flashed across her face, but it vanished as quickly as it came. "Rot in hell, Kobi. You always deserved it." Maplefur turned away and staggered forward, her strength leaving her. She drew in another ragged breath, her gaze flashing to Kovu's for a brief second before turning towards the window. Her escape point. She limped forward, her injured paw still making her lag behind. She glanced at it, Kobi's blood splattered on her paw pad, and quickly look away. "Let's get out of here," she whispered harshly to Kovu and stopped at the window. Damn. How was she supposed to get out with only three usuable legs?

[ooc;; Erm, I think it's just you and me now Lilly xD] Kovu watched Maplefur inch toward Kobi and flinched back as he watched her whisper in his ear. The words he couldn't hear, but she looked like she was caressing him, and that was the opposite of what Kobi deserved. Rot in hell, Kobi. You always deserved it. Shock, and yet joy rippled through Kovu at Maplefur's angered words.
The white and brown tom nodded, but noticed her limping and glanced at the window. "Come on, I know a hole in the wall that Raven used to be able to crawl through. Maybe you can fit." He suggested and walked over to a corner of the room where the wall had rotted away a bit and left a gap. Outside, the birds were singing and the sun was shining. Kovu couldn't wait to get out of this hell house.

Maplefur's ocean blue orbs scorched with fire as she glared at the window. She could very well injure another paw in an effort at jumping out with only three legs. She couldn't begin to imagine how disabled cats managed. The warrior shook her head, ridding her mind of her useless thoughts. She eyed Kovu, regarding what he said with a small nod. I hope Raven's okay, the she-cat thought as she mindlessly followed Kovu to the small gap in the wall. Her gaze flashed to Kobi's corpse as she passed him. Maplefur scruntinized the small hole with narrowed eyes, contemplating if she was thin enough to fit through. Probably not, she thought to herself.
Maplefur slid through the hole, flattening her ears against her skull as she slid her tail out behind her. She exhaled shortly and turned back to the hole, dipping her head so she could see Kovu. "I'm still not sure about you, Kovu," she noted out loud, straightened up, and raised her ehad proudly. For moons she had dreamed about the day Kobi would fall to the hands of death, but never did she realize how hard it would be. She still thought of him as the caring tom she first met, before she realized he had transformed.
As she waited for Kovu to join her, Maplefur thought of the tom she had only met hours ago. He had betrayed her and was working for Kobi. A sniffle escaped her muzzle as Maplefur thought of the pain he had brought her upon learning about his betrayal. Maybe everything he said to her was a lie, considering he fibbed about the real reason she was brought here; to be murdered by her former mate. Maplefur stood up and padded back and forth, absentmindedly forming a circle with her pawsteps. She sighed deeply.
ooc;; oh yeah, i know. xD i just had muse, so i thought about putting that maple-insults-her-dying-mate bit in there. c;
