 Memoryfade stared at the tom, shaking her head slightly as she watched him. She had some time to think before he started to talk, At least he apologized...right Memoryfade? There's no point in being mad if he apologized...he seemed sincere about it. Maybe you were both having an off day... probably not... Her teary gaze cleared up. Stepping closer again till she was almost by his side she stopped and looked at him. One thing you never ever saw in Raggedmemory was defeat and pleading. Honestly it scared her, to see what she has done to his life. if i wasn't such a jerk Pausing at this she shook her head and sighed, "Seriously? I would of thought you were crazy if you didn't become a jerk with what I said to you. She said with a small tone of joking around to defuse the heavy air around them. It felt good to have that sort of thing, her bad mood was pushed behind her good mood and she put on a light smile at what he said next. "...but you wouldn't be you if you changed, but if you would ever want a person who you would enjoy to have a REAL family with. You would want to change for them, not me.' A smirk grew on her face as she put up a paw and swiped it on her nose holding it there for a while. Her small laughter hit her and it grew louder, "You should be proud when I point and say that's my best friend. You know why? It's impossible for anyone to be my best friend. You somehow managed a long time ago to pass that status."

he smiled at her words, relieved that didn't hold any anger in them. he relaxed, the tension surrounding them decreasing. he could finally feel good again. no more walking around camp with a dead look on his face. the day after their fight, he'd probably said 'yes, i'm fine' about a hundred times when his clanmates asked about him. you would have to change for them, not me. raggedmemory looked elsewhere, swallowing a lump in his throat. what if she was the only one he wanted to change for? his thought vanished and was replaced with his smile as the sound of her laughter hit his ears. it was one of the best sounds in his world. he beamed at her, all hint of crying gone. ... to pass that status. he chuckled and took a step closer to her. "you're all kinds of awesome, memory. i've missed you so much these past couple of days. i'm sorry for the pain i caused you," he murmured, his ears dropping, his tone sincere and soft.
