Lilacstar looked around the camp. So much was happening, with cats hustling and bustling about. Well, they'll have to stand one more meeting. She thought to herself and padded from her den across the camp to the highrock, which she leapt on gracefully. Once at the top she sat down, curling her tail around her silver paws. The sunset loomed behind her, rays of orange light dancing across the leader's fur. She took in the sight of her clan for a few moments before setting her head back and letting out a long yowl. "May all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the highrock for a clan meeting!" She mewed, purple eyes twinkling with excitement for the new warrior to come.
Lilacstar waited for the cats to gather around. She watched as many emerged from their dens, or from their groups of friends. When they'd all gathered she looked down at her clan, noticing the group of apprentices that had gathered near the front, all hoping to become warriors. Unfortunately, only one would earn their warrior name tonight. "Pessimisticpaw, please step forward." She mewed, voice echoing throughout the camp as she watched the she-cat step forward. She looked to the grey tabby she-cat. "Pessimisticpaw, I have heard nothing but good things about you from Sagefoot. I have no doubt you'll make an excellent warrior." Lilacstar smiled, proud of the apprentice.
The leader shifted her gaze from the two cats to silverpelt, which was now twinkling brightly above her. "Starclan, I call upon you to look down upon this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand your ways, and I hope you accept her as a warrior of Riverclan." She mewed and looked back down at the apprentice. "Pessimisticpaw, from this day forward you will be known as Pessimisticsoul. Riverclan welcomes you as a full warriors." Lilacstar mewed, voice echoing throughout the camp as she drew the meeting to a close.

Pessimisticsoul gazed proudly around the clearing; although her eyes were fixed on her mentor, Sagefoot. Her tail instantly shot straight up when Lilacstar pressed her nose against hers, and she did the same, before realizing she had gotten too close to her leader. Startled, she jolted back. "S-sorry." Her ears flattened in embarrassment. What a good start to being a warrior. Pessimisticsoul realized yet again she was too close to Lilacstar, their whiskers brushing. She flinched, gasping. The new warrior didn't dare look around the clearing to see if anyone was watching.
