Fawnspots carefully stripped the bark off the old tree. Her ears pricked as she heard Lilacstar padding through the undergrowth of the forest. Then she noticed a small gray bundle next to her. Gently, she took her pile of herbs and caught up to them, placing her dry bark down again. "Where are you two headed?" She glanced softly at Skykit, her gaze warm and proud. "It must have taken a lot of persuading to get out with Lilacstar."
