She looked at the medicine cat. Well one of the warriors have gone missing she said softly

The slender she-cat’s stance became rigid, her gaze lifting to look at Pantherstar. “Missing?” She repeated quietly, mulling the word over in silence. “Who?” She asked, her normally smooth voice now hoarse with worry. She cast a grave look out into the clearing, tracing over which of her clan-mates she hadn’t seen lately.

Pantherstar eyed the medicine cat carefully, noticing her slender body move along the grass. She was a fine medicine cat, that was for sure, and her voice, though hoarse with worry, was gorgeous. Panthestar couldn't help but to purr, and she moved closer to the medicine she-cat.

She suddenly stopped, taking a couple of steps back. What was going on with her today? First, Melodywind had told her Gorgeclaw had gone missing, and now, she was starting to grow in love with the medicine cat of the Clan. Much worse, they were both girls, so how could love work? But Jaderain was so pretty... Pantherstar shook her head; this couldn't work. However her eyes shown with sadness. She wished with all her heart that Jaderain wasn't a girl and wasn't a medicine cat - but, of course, that couldn't happen.

A headache started to rise in her head as she shook her head a couple of more times. The mere sight of the medicine cat made her fur prickle and her eyes glitter, but she couldn't let anyone know, especially not Jaderain. She would find out when the time comes, and Pantherstar started to devise a plan to make the medicine cat of ThunderClan fall in love with her.

Suddenly, the gorgeous voice of Jaderain spoke, erasing Pantherstar's thoughts and making her look up at the medicine cat. Missing? she had mewed, her voice as pretty as a graceful bird as it soared in the night sky. Pantherstar's heart almost stopped as her gaze met the medicine cat's. Her eyes were so... She couldn't explain it, they were just amazing. She'd love to become mates with this she-cat, but she couldn't. She couldn't. She knew she couldn't.

I can't, she whispered over and over in her head. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. Yet again, Jaderain's voice made her push her thoughts away to glance up at her medicine cat. [/i] Who? she asked.

Pantherstar sighed with sadness when Jaderain averted her gaze to the cats around the clearing, and glanced at her paws, before remembering quickly that Jaderain had asked a question. She lifted her head so fast that everything was a blur for a second. Finally, her eyes cleared up and she stepped closer to Jaderain without even noticing. "U-uh-" she stammered, gazing at the pretty cat. "I-" She was so worked up in her thoughts, and how pretty Jaderain was, and how much she knew they couldn't be together, that she had forgotten who was missing.

"I-I don't know." Pantherstar knew it was a stupid thing to say, but the truth was, she had forgotten. Jaderain was that beautiful. Her pelt prickled with embarrassment at what the medicine cat would say next. She didn't want to act mouse-brained around her crush.
