Pantherstar The black she-cat laid in the shade near her den. A nice breeze blew by and Pantherstar closed her eyes. What a nice breeze she thought. She looked around and saw that there were no cats in camp. Then she thought about stormshadow. Only if he came to live with me she said softly. Her only kit, now a full grown warrior. She had seen him at gatherings or talk to him at the border. She closed her eyes once more. |

Jaderain’s long striped tail swept across the smooth ground unconsciously. Quietly, the young medicine-cat tucked the newly dried borage leaves behind the larger bundles of herbs. Her evergreen gaze swept slowly across the den, checking to make sure everything was in place. Pleased that everything seemed to be stored away, Jaderain rose to her paws, and ducked nimbly out into the camp clearing.

Pantherstar looked to see the medicine cat in her den and stocking her herbs. Its a nice day out, Right Jaderain She said hoping that the medicne cat herd her. |

The she-cat’s keen ears swerved towards her leader’s familiar voice. “It is. I bet everyone is pleased to finally feel like New-leaf has arrived.” She smiled, the expression filled with subtle delight. Jaderain had always, and always would, favour the warmth of New-leaf and Green-leaf. She ambled quietly towards the other she-cat. She paused before sitting down in the shade, her tail tucking itself around her paws.

Pantherstar smiled at the medicine cat. Anything new going on? She asked. She once thought of being a medicine cat but she perfered being a warrior. |

Jaderain shook her head slightly, “Nothing at all. I suppose that should be seen as a blessing of sorts, though.” She said, her voice holding its usual, warm lit. “I’ll see if Starclan has anything to tell to us when we go to the Moonstone.” She decided, though lately their ancestors had been fairly quiet.

Pantherstar looked at the medicine cat. I wonder why Starclan is being quiet, I guess that nothing bad with happen. She said shrugging. |

Her slender shoulders rose and fell in a mild shrug. “It’s not all that uncommon. When I was training, I would occasionally be visited by a Starclan cat, although it never meant anything. I think they did it to help ease me into their unusual realm.” She rambled, remembering the star-dappled felines. She privately mourned the loss of contact, but didn’t say so to her leader.

[glow=red,2,300]Melodywind[/glow] Voices caught Melodywinds attention and she exited the warriors den before she directed her path toward where she spotted her leader speaking with Jaderain, the Clan Medicine Cat. She had to speak to Pantherstar. She came up to her leader and dipped her head, never forgetting to use her manners. "I have urgent news Pantherstar, may I speak with you?" Melodywind paused and flicked her ears forward, prepared for her leader to welcome her. |

Pantherstar looked up at her deputy. "why hello there Melodywind, yes you may speak to me, come into my den" she said getting up and walkimg into her den. She sat in her fresh moss pile that the apprentices must of put down while she was out. "So what's the urgent news?" she asked.
