Lilacstar turned to face him. "I didn't call you here, there's nothing I need from you..." She eyed him again, "You seem so jumpy, are you ok?" The silver tabby blinked. Well, of course it wasn't normal for a tom to randomly talk to a leader of a different clan, but that didn't mean he had to be so skittish.
Rain started trickling from the sky and she groaned. Well, this ruined her sunset. She glanced around, in hopes of finding a decent den to hide in. The only one she saw was directly on the edge of the river, where it was the thinnest. Which made it nearly on the line of the border. She didn't want to enter the den if it made Whitedawn scared.

Whitedawn was distracted from Lilacstar's words by the cold rain that began to soak his thin black pelt. He should get back to the camp soon, so he could help prepare the large badger den the Warriors slept in during bad weather. "I should really get going" He mumbled, then the sky lit up with lightning, and moments later thunder crashed through the sky, vibrating his bones with the intense noise. His hackles raised, he wouldn't have time to reach the camp, he wouldn't be able to the winds on the moor were to strong. Especially during such a large storm.

Lilacstar exchanged a glance with Whitedawn, "The only den I could make it to is directly on the border... Come on, you can't go back to your camp in the storm." She flicked her tail for the tom to follow as she walked along the river and slipped into the den, pushing to the back of the small den. Her purple eyes looked around the den. It was small.

Whitedawn looked around, hoping someone from his clan could save him, was this breaking the warrior code? Neither of them were actually crossing the border, and it was for their own safety, right? He sighed and followed the she-cat into the small den. It was tiny, and he was a large cat. His back pressed up against the roof, and his wet pelt pressed against Lilacstar's. His long black tail stuck out of the den and remained cold, and wet.

Lilacstar felt his wet pelt and sighed. The two of them were both wet, but hopefully the storm would let up soon and they could leave the cramped den. The silver tabby looked at Whitedawn. Since it looked like they were going to be in here awhile, she might as well start a conversation. "So... How's Windclan doing?" She asked casually.

The Windclan tom looked down at the she-cat, his green eyes were cold. "I don't feel comfortable discussing my clan with...you." He muttered softly, her strange fish-like scent had filled the small den, it made him feel sick, but at the same time was strangely intoxicating.

"Oh, I didn't mean it that way.. I have nothing against Windclan, I was just trying to make small talk." She mewed quickly. Lilacstar hadn't meant it like that, but she could see how it would have sounded strange. She inhaled and she smelt the moors on Whitedawn's pelt. It was strange and obnormal to Lilacstar, but it was almost... A good smell.

Whitedawn shifted his weight, his spine scraped against the wall and he winced. "I'm sorry," He muttered "I've never really played well with others." it was something his mother had always said, until her throat was ripped out, right in front of him.

Lilacstar smirked, "It's alright." She shifted, attempting to give him more room, but all she did was push herself up the side of the den wall. She slid back down and bumped into Whitedawn, her nose an inch away from his. Her purple eyes locked onto his and they sparkled slightly. "I'm sorry..." She whispered, but her voice faded.

Whitedawn gasped, she was so close to him, her breath warmed his face. He finally got a close look at her. She was beautiful, her purple eyes were entrancing, pulling him in. He leaned in, unable to help himself, their noses touched and he shot back, as if he had been struck with lightning. He fell back, out of the small den, his pelt, which had begun to dry was now soaked, all over again.
