The tom pointed out, happy that Ravenpaw had made friends and lived happily in Thunderclan. He envied him slightly, Ravenpaw was a rogue too. But, he was born in Thunderclan. Cats here are so judgemental.

' The tom smiled and stood up, stretching his legs. "Well, we should probably head off to camp, hm? I don't need a search party coming after me because they think I've left to become a rogue again." He mewed with a smirk, though he knew the cats would likely think something of the sort if he were gone for too long.

maplefur groaned when he stood up, their pelts no longer touching. she followed, grimacing when her legs stretched out were sore. "ah, you made me sore. asshole," she muttered, but her lips curled up in a smile.

' Kovu laughed and hit his tail on her hip. "My bad. I'll be more gentle next time." He smirked cunningly and padded off towards the camp, checking to see that Maplefur was keeping up. He wanted to pad along beside her, for he felt more comforted when they were side by side.

maplefur rolled her eyes when he swatted her hip and moved away from him. she scoffed at his smirk and his words. "quite the pervert...," she said with a giggle. when he glanced back, she started walking, picking up the pace until they were side by side. she wondered what she looked like and paused, sceptic that if her fur was messy or had dirt in it the clan would realize what she had been up to. and by the clan, she mostly meant ravenpaw. "do i look presentable?" she asked, surveying her pelt for any signs of dirt or moss.

' Kovu let out a laugh as she asked him if she looked presentable. He took a deep breath, regaining seriousness and then looked her over. He batted some moss out of her pelt with his paw, and licked down some fur that had been messied. "You look perfect." He mewed with a purr. "And what about me?" He asked, looking down at himself.

her fur grew warm at his compliment, but she turned serious when he asked the same. she gazed over his pelt and felt utterly jealous that not one hair was out of mess. jerk. "eh, you're fine," she said with a shrug. a giggle escaped her lips and she winked at kovu before bounding ahead of him, her tail low to the ground and her head held high.

' Kovu shook his head and laughed, racing after the she-cat and back towards the camp. He got up with her and ran along at her side, his long tail dragging in the grass and making a trail of where he'd been. When he finally reached the camp he slid into the warriors den and found the nest he and Maplefur joined. He lay down, exhaustion finally taking over.

maplefur trailed after him, stifling a yawn. she gazed at his sleeping figure and giggled, swatting his head with her tail before settling down next to him. she curled up in his side and let sleep take over her.
