Rainpaw walked in circles around the apprentice den, thinking about his future. Sure, it wasn't a normal thing for an apprentice to do, but often times when Rainpaw was bored he liked to fanticise about a wonderful life that he would have later on, with the she-cat of his dreams. Who this she-cat was, he wasn't yet sure. It was kind of difficult to tell when he was always alone. The other apprentices didn't ignore him really, but he didn't put much time into making friends. Suddenly he stopped in his tracks, spotting a grogeous she-cat. Crystalpaw. Of course. He thought to himself, his light blue eyes studying the she-cat he'd been drooling over for as long as he could remember. [/blockquote][/font] |

Crystalpaw yawned and started to pad out of the camp to go to the sunning rocks. She usually went to sun bathe when she was done with her apprentice duties, and today wasn't an exception. But she felt as if someone staring at her...
The shecat turned to see Rainpaw and smiled warmly. This should be fun. She padded over to him, purring with delight. "Hey there, Rainpaw." She said warmly, and smiled. She was used to being stared at by toms, and so Rainpaw wasn't an exception. But, she heard rumors, on how he went from shecat to shecat, just like she went from tom to tom. But, why does he do it? |

Rainpaw let a purr of delight pour out from deep inside his chest. "Oh, hey Crystalpaw. What's up?" He asked, hoping to start a conversation with the friendly she-cat. He too had the same thought, as he'd heard about Crystalpaw breaking up with tom after tom, just skipping around. Just like me... But why? Could she be looking for 'the one' too? |

She smiled at him, and blinked her blue green eyes. "Well, nothing really." She said, and laughed lightly. "I was just about to go to the sunning rocks, but since you're here I'll stay. Just for you." She added, and laughed again, and stuck out her tongue in a playful way. She hoped they could get to know each other pretty well, he seemed fun to spend time with. |

Rainpaw smirked at her comment. Just for you. Her tone was so cute, it nearly knocked him off his paws. So, this is how she gets all the toms going for her. He thought to himself. "I feel honored." He mewed playfully and nipped at her tail tip, light blue eyes shining. "But, those sunning rocks sound pretty good. Want to go together?" He offered, taking a step in the direction of the den's exit. |

Crystalpaw giggled slightly as he nipped her tail. He was different than the other toms, that was for sure. Others would be shy of her boldness and outgoingness, if that was even a word. She kept smiling, knowing that toms loved a shecat's smile. Kind of like how twoleg males could die for a female twoleg with a beautiful smile. She had seen how they fell, and learned that cats weren't much different.
"But, those sunning rocks sound pretty good. Want to go together?"
That question caught her off guard. No one had ever asked to go with her before. "Um," was all she said, and looked around slightly. She didn't know if she was really supposed to go to the sunningrocks when she was done with her apprentice duties... She just did it, and if Rainpaw came that would attract a lot more attention than she usually did. But, she also liked the time spent alone there also. She considered the idea of him coming, and deciding to go with it. What's the harm? "Uh, yeah sure." She mewed and turned to go. "I'll race ya there." She then said quickly, hoping to avoid awkward hesitations. She then ran off, not really concentrated on winning. |

Rainpaw purred and thundered after the she-cat, happy they were going together. As far as getting in trouble went, he wasn't really concerned about it. Just spending time with Crystalpaw would make him happy. She was so different from the other she-cats. Any other ones would have just cowered away from Rainpaw if he'd nipped their tail, but Crystalpaw hadn't. He passed her up and jumped onto a sunning rock, laying down he mewed with a smirk. "Beatcha!" |

Crystalpaw let out a fake defeated sigh, and pouty face. She looked at him on the sunningrocks and noticed he was in her spot. My spot! She didn't make it obvious that she was disappointed, so jumped up with him and put her face in front of his. "Excuse me, sir, but you are in my usual spot." She asked, in a kidding tone. She motioned for him to move with her tail, but kept that smile. She didn't like sitting anywhere on the sunningrocks besides in the spot he was sitting. Maybe we're more alike than I thought.. |

Rainpaw rolled onto his back. "Well then I guess you'll just have to move me, you see, because this is my spot too." He mewed with a smirk, batting at her ear with a white paw. The small tom looked up at Crystalpaw and scooted over a little bit, so they could share the spot, if Crystalpaw didn't mind having to squeeze close to the tom. |

Crystalpaw made a exaggerated sigh, and then returned his smirk. She really didn't want to share her spot, but she guessed that just this once wouldn't be a bad idea... He looked pretty cute rolled onto his back, now that Crystalpaw realized it. she blushed slightly and smiled, carefully laying down. She didn't like being so close, but she would manage. "So um, when do you come out here? Since this is your spot also?" She asked, and stuck her tongue out again. |
